At Plushiess.com, we want you to love what you buy. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong item or size.
- The product you received is incomplete or missing parts.
To be eligible, please ensure that:
- You raise a return/replacement request within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- You share clear photo or video proof showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item).
Requests beyond 3 days or without proper proof may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received in a defective condition:
- Plush toys and soft items once opened.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Discounted or clearance items marked as final sale.
3. Return Process
- Raise a Request:
Email us at plushies026@gmail.com or contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order ID, photos/videos of the product, and reason for return. - Verification:
Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share the return shipping address. - Pickup & Inspection:
- If pickup is arranged, please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Returned items will be inspected once received at our warehouse.
- Resolution:
Based on the inspection, we will issue a replacement or refund as per your preference and eligibility.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will go directly to your bank/card.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after verification.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us (e.g., wrong or defective product).
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may raise a return request after delivery if eligible.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
6. Damages During Transit
If your product arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos/videos immediately upon delivery (before unboxing).
- Report the issue within 24 hours to plushies026@gmail.com.
We will assist you with a free replacement or refund after verifying the damage.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- First, check your bank or payment account.
- Then, contact your bank or card issuer; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at plushies026@gmail.com.
