1. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once processed, your order will be handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
- You will receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
We ship across India through reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post.
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors like weather conditions, courier delays, or high-volume seasons (festivals, sales, etc.).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee (usually between ₹49–₹99) will apply based on delivery location.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional ₹50 handling fee.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.
- You can track your package directly through the courier’s website or from your order page on Plushiess.com.
- If tracking details are not active within 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are accurate at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address, incomplete information, or failed delivery attempts, we may re-ship it after charging the applicable re-delivery cost.
- Refunds for non-deliverable orders will exclude shipping and COD fees (if applicable).
6. International Shipping
Currently, Plushiess.com ships only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned for updates!
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- In case of visible damage upon delivery, please take clear photos or a video before unboxing and contact us within 24 hours at plushies026@gmail.com.
- If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll coordinate with the courier and either issue a replacement or full refundonce the investigation is complete.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
We always aim for timely delivery, but sometimes delays may occur due to:
- Courier issues, strikes, or natural calamities
- Remote or containment zones
- Public holidays or festive season rush
